Ingredients:
- head of cauliflower (chopped into florets)
- 1/4 cup Vegenaise
- 3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- pepper
- coconut oil (for pan)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix cauliflower florets, Vegenaise, 3 tbsp. nutritional yeast, paprika, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in large bowl
- Place on coconut-oiled iron skilled (or baking pan) and sprinkle with 1 tsp. of nutritional yeast
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until browned
